Solenoid Magnet
A solenoid magnet is an electromagnet formed by winding a conductor into a cylindrical coil to produce a uniform axial magnetic field inside its bore. In accelerator beamlines, it is typically used to control beam rotation or focusing, with the inner/outer diameter ratio and field strength determining the uniformity and strength of the field.
