Septum Magnet for Synchrotron 1.29T - Toshiba Kanagawa Cancer Center Accelerator Component

Septum Magnet

This septum magnet is an electromagnet installed in a synchrotron beamline. It uses a thin partition, the septum, to separate a region where magnetic field is present from a region where it is not, allowing the path of a selected beam to be redirected without affecting an adjacent beamline. The field strength is 1.29 Tesla, and the effective length is 1,342mm.

Below are the specifications of the synchrotron septum magnet.
